1. The Service

Xavonel is a software workspace that helps you turn source content and ideas into editable social carousel drafts and exports. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing or sharing it.

2. Your content and acceptable use

You may submit only content you have the right to use. Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights, violate a platform's terms, mislead others, create unlawful content, or bypass access controls. You retain rights in your input content; you grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the Service.

3. AI-assisted output

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content created for other users. They are drafts, not legal, financial, professional, or platform-compliance advice. You must verify accuracy, permissions, and suitability before use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in the currency shown at checkout. The price, taxes, billing interval, trial terms (if any), and merchant of record are displayed before you submit payment and on your receipt. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.

When billing is enabled, the checkout provider identified at checkout processes the transaction and serves as merchant of record where stated. Its checkout terms and receipt apply to that purchase.

5. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal provided with your purchase and receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until that period ends unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Service. We do not guarantee a particular commercial result, engagement level, reach, or compatibility with a third-party platform.
