Terms of Service

1. The Service

Xavonel is a software workspace that helps you turn source content and ideas into editable social carousel drafts and exports. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing or sharing it.

Xavonel is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other social platform. Xavonel does not publish content to social platforms on your behalf.

2. Your content and acceptable use

You may submit only content you have the right to use. For URL imports, submit only individual public sources you own or are authorized to use; do not submit private, paywalled, restricted, or access-controlled sources. Xavonel does not require or use source-site credentials and must not be used to bypass access controls or collect content in bulk.

Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights, violate a platform's terms, collect personal data without a lawful basis, send spam or mass outreach, create fake engagement, or create unlawful, adult or sexually explicit, deceptive, impersonating, or deepfake content. Do not use the Service to provide regulated legal, medical, financial, tax, or investment advice. We may restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, or comply with law.

You retain rights in your input content and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the Service.

3. AI-assisted output

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content created for other users. They are editable drafts, not legal, financial, professional, medical, tax, investment, or platform-compliance advice. You must verify accuracy, permissions, claims, and suitability before use or publication. Xavonel does not promise reach, engagement, revenue, growth, or compatibility with a third-party platform.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

The Free plan includes 5 one-time Carousel Credits and watermarked standard exports. One Carousel Credit is used only after a complete editable carousel draft is successfully generated; ideas, editing, previews, saving, and re-exporting do not use credits.

The Pro plan is $29 USD per month and includes 50 Carousel Credits for each billing month, watermark-free high-resolution exports, and Pro design capabilities. Before purchase, Dodo Payments checkout displays the price, taxes where applicable, billing interval, and any trial terms. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record—the legal seller shown on the receipt—for Pro purchases. It processes the transaction and its checkout terms also apply to that purchase.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Dodo Payments billing portal linked in your purchase confirmation and receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless checkout states otherwise. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Service. We do not guarantee a particular commercial result, engagement level, reach, or compatibility with a third-party platform.

7. Operator and governing law

Xavonel is operated by Yulin Chen, an independent software developer based in China. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
