1. Information we process
We process account details such as your email address, the source content and files you submit, workspace settings, and technical information needed to operate and secure the Service. You may optionally use Google to sign in; in that case, we receive only basic account identity data necessary for authentication. We do not read Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google content. If you import a public URL, we process the URL and a limited amount of its accessible content to generate your requested draft. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and the right to provide it.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, generate and export carousel drafts, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use submitted URLs to build a bulk source-content database.
3. Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, customer support, and payment processing. Currently, Supabase handles authentication and sessions, and DeepSeek processes AI generation requests. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
4. Payments
We do not collect or store full payment-card details. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record—the legal seller shown on the receipt—for Pro purchases. Dodo acts independently for the payment data it collects through checkout; its checkout and receipt identify its payment-data practices.
5. Retention and your choices
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed for legitimate operational, legal, and security purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Deleting an account may not remove information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
6. Controller, security, and contact
Except for payment data Dodo Payments independently collects through checkout, Xavonel is responsible for personal information processed through the Service. Xavonel is operated by Yulin Chen, an independent software developer based in China. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure.
