1. Information we process

We process account details such as your email address, the source content and files you submit, workspace settings, and technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, generate and export carousel drafts, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, image search, and—when billing is enabled—payment processing. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

4. Payments

We do not collect or store full payment-card details. The merchant of record and payment processor are identified at checkout and on your receipt; their privacy notice explains their payment-data practices.

5. Retention and your choices

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed for legitimate operational, legal, and security purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Deleting an account may not remove information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
